Because love remain under the sun, swimming, running, jogging, and playing almost every sport, you need to pack sunscreen. But if you buy a waterproof sunscreen? SPF 15? SPF 30? What it is made with Zinc Oxide? Or is titanium dioxide?

Water resistant sunscreens

Since the sun's UV rays can still pass through water, you should always wear sunscreen when you go swimming. Waterproof sunscreens are specially designed for those who participate in sports water. However, there is a difference between sunscreen and a waterproof sunscreen, water resistant. The former may maintain SPF level after 40 minutes under water while the second maintains the SPF level after 80 minutes of being immersed in water. A screen Solar water-repellent protection is maintained and more water-resistant sunscreen. Check labels to make sure you get what you want.

Whatever type of sunscreen you choose to keep your skin protected from the sun, remember to use a sufficient amount to cover the arms, legs, neck, face and other parts of your body knows that exposure to sunlight.
